1264. A GI Joe The Way I Like Them

Feel free to right-click on the video while it's playing and choose "loop".

1263. I'm Still Laughing...

1261. Origins Revealed [Beware: Atheist Humor Inside]

A rare daguerreotype from the alternate Eden - called Garden of Sweeft-den, which was unfortunately ruined by God's propensity to being jealous of his creations, again.

(with courtesy from a Swiss Guard from the Vatican Secret Archives whom I spent a very nice time with...)

P.S.: again, one may notice that God's creations are each wearing a belly-button. Which, again, raises the question "Was God bearing self-reproductive organs? Or was he a female? In which case who did she/he get impregnated from?" …so many questions left unanswered in the « Scriptures" :-))

1260. Sharing is Caring, and It's Not Just About Words

In a society where cameras are at every corner, where you are told what you should look like: smile, show them who's the puppet master :-p

(so you're basically saying that I should have applied to The Eternals casting?!)

--> You  /  How you see yourself <--
(and it's totally ok)

(you know the drill... The industry NEEDS the dumb ones to buy their products, or else they'd go bankrupted)

(I love this one. Totally relatable)

(not fair: they're both cute, aren't they?)

(no way I'd talk in the mic without knowing the lad's name first :-)

(twice the opportunity to meet someone? clever math)

(Ouch! I take this one personally ;-)

(Only half of them. When I get bored)

(it’s called perspicacity, and it scares a huge lot of people, believe me...)

A big Thank You! to Jean-Luc from Montréal who's been kind enough to send these to me, therefore to us all.

1259. Gratitude

I would like to thank all of you, visitors and followers of this blog.

With some of you conversation sometimes engage, and I always appreciate each and every of your comments.
On occasion we even contact each others via email and it's making my day better each time this happens: today it was a ray of sunshine from Greece in my inbox :-)

I wish you all the very best!

Laurent

1258. Haunting - Along With a Rant

The artist/author of these photo montage is Ugur Gallenkus, a Turkish graphic designer.

Contrary to my habit I am choosing not to provide a link to his website, the reasons being that:

- nowhere on his purposedly commercial site is there any mention of any fund being dedicated to any humanitarian purpose, knowing that:

- his hardcover book, including 50 (photographed) so-called collages, comes at the price of 60$, no less. Considering that children in despair seem to be a matter of importance to the artist, one would thing he'd want to return a part of it to some childcare organization of his choosing. But no mention of such benevolence is to be found.

I am sorry Mr Gallenkus but, as much as your work is valuable as to forcing people not to look the other way, still I cannot help but wondering if you did not fount quite easy to use Photoshop - or an equally qualitative yet free software as Gimp - in order to produce some heart-appealing numeric "collages" with the sole purpose of easily filling your bank account? I really hope that was not your intention. So please: if your heart is in the right place, then consider donating at least a buck for each book you’re selling.

Please, Mr Gallengus, keep in mind how easily you came to produce each and every picture that feature in your book. The example below is only one amongst many results from searching "photo collage statue" in Google.
