6484 views of this blog's pages yesterday. That's from Blogger's daily statistics.

Though it may not mean anything in itself, it tells quite a lot compared to the usual stats, knowing that the average daily views peaks around 4000.

6000+ is a high that I haven't seen for more than a year - actually almost two years since Google changed its policy as to accessing restricted content.

First thing I thought of early this morning, sipping my first coffee, was of course "what kind of domino effect can that be, following the results of the American Presidential elections?". 

To state the obvious, it seems a lot of guys did what most people do when facing something really hard to bear: they turned to their usual an easy to access way to "ease the steam, and/or forget", in this case: diving in a sea of nude  men.

If you are one of them, know that I truly understand the feeling. and that I intend to feed your need for well endowed nude guys. (after all, it's not like the orange thingy will be able to provide...)

Relaying A Post

"The upcoming Trump regime will not be good for the gays, First off will be the overturning of gay marriage by the Supreme Court in their next session, that's already queued up. I assume that will mean annulling present gay marriages and prohibiting new ones. Then they strip trans rights and target drag queens. Then, eventually, they'll get around to just balls out eliminating all equal rights for gays in housing, employment, eating at a restaurant, etc. Obviously not all people will suddenly discriminate but the green light is there for any who want to discriminate against gays with no repercussions. That might be all. Or they may go further and make homosexuality in of itself illegal and start rounding up and killing the gays. And, trust me boys, there is nothing campy about concentration camp. This is why I'm so sad and terrified for myself and the entire gay community in the US. I would GLADLY like to be proven wrong but only time will tell so spare me the "it's not so bad" BS. Everything in my life is getting upended because of the uncertainty of what is to come in terms of civil rights but also financially, health insurance, ability to retire in ten years, etc. All plans, vacations, expenditures, etc. are on hold till I figure out how to best position myself for the tidal wave of pain (& inflation) the Trump regime will inflict on us."

I don’t know that the American people are to be pitied. They won’t even be able to say someday that they didn’t see it coming. So no, I will definitely not pity the millions of men and women who chose insanity over reason.

Still my heart feels heavy for all the others - my friends here first hand - who had the hope that the U.S. would get rid of that fascistic perspective that is now taking over.
