If you're a tea drinker, it's good info.
I am more a coffee person, but I find home made iced tea, very slightly sugared, to be a perfect beverage during summer. The trick is: black tea has to be infused in cold/ambient temperature for 12 to 24 hours, otherwise tannins make it a bit bitter. Red tea - aka rooibos - is hot infused for 10 minutes before filtering (no tannins, no caffeine, I recommend the Bourbon vanilla flavored).
(wow! did I really just post this?)
Huh... So that's why I spill coffee every morning? Seriously? Wow. I thought I was just terrible at pouring things. That is cool to know... but what makes the difference? Not size. Shape?
And the first one... I feel bad for that pup. I dunno. Is that Russian? They remind me of people in our southern states.
Thanks for sharing.
When my 10 year old Nespresso eventually let me down I went back using a French press. Those made by Bodum are really fine and affordable. And I find the result to be more savory than with a regular electric coffee maker. A device less on the kitchen counter, no trouble disposing off the used capsules, and if you are into good coffee you get to choose the perfect one at your roaster's.
