Guys that age think they know it all and have got it all figured out. Having been that age, we know that's complete bullshit. But what they may lack in knowledge and experience they certainly make up for with enthusiasm.
@Mark: I couldn't have put it in better words. Which totally proves the point as to how they dearly need us experienced guys, or am I getting it wrong?
