What fun!
I'm a fan of Tintin's adventures and I had all of his albums when I was a kid.
My friend Franck of EstaNoche is a all time fan too and did a nice post for that anniversary.

Actually I was made aware of that anniversary by his post. The Internet world can be such a small village, can't it? :-)
How thrilling. A boy and his dog taking on the entire world! Sigh. It gives one hope! Thanks for sharing. Kizzes.
Yes it is a small world after all and my French friend Franck even came here in Montreal to visit me on December 2019 and he likes snow and now wants to come here to stay as an immigrant.
I also helped his son to come here as he has a job as a cock in a famous restaurant here. I helped him as he lived with me for few days before he could be at ease with our city and found an appartment.
now Franck is wishing me to go to France and visit him.
@Upton: I never understood people being like "a dog? you need to ask someone to keep him each time you're out for the weekend". To which I always answer what keeps you from taking the dog with you, just like you'd do your child? Any place you go that does not accept dogs isn't worth going. And if you are well surrounded chances are that some friends of yours will be willing keep your dog while you're on a trip on the other side of the planet, am I right?
@JiEL: I am sure you made a fine host for his son while he stayed at yours. And I hope these pandemic's annoyances will be over soon so that you can visit your friend on our old continent.
