1229. Call For Knowledge

Dear visitors, has any of you ever seen these statues before?
Unfortunately I can't seem to remember where I found the picture, and a reverse-search doesn't point to any result.
If you have any detail pertaining to this pair of fauns I'd very much appreciate - I can't even decide if they are bronze or patinated terracotta...

It looks like a particularly well done body art!

They both look like actual guys with modeling clay on them. Either way, they're quite fascinating.

I have no idea either, sorry. But Pat's impression seems plausible.

I saw those and other similar artwork on sites like «Alan Spazalli» or FreakAngelik.

Alan has the most complete posts on gay art and more.

Jean-Noel Lavesvre. Looks like some of his work.

I love team-work! :-)

Thanks a million Milleson for nailing it: they are indeed terracotta sculptures from this Artist.
Thanks also, JiEL: I didn't know od Alan Spazially, his blog is quite the collection.

Have a wonderful day all!
