I did have a dog and a cat. My dog was 4yo when I adopted a nice female Lynx-siamese cat. She was very affectionate and she did wanted to be friend and cuddle with my dog.
It took him few days to be used to this intruder, never was agressive for the cat but more shy and scared.
After one or two weeks, they became good friends and liked to play all around the appartment.
I had nothing to do today, so today I did nothing. Except nap, I did take several naps. Which I guess is doing something. Until now, I never realized what an accomplished overachiever I am.
