Considering how toxic alcohol is and always has been? YES. I've started taking the edge off with THC. Adore. I micro-dose and it is making a huge difference with my anger issues and anxiety. Talk about a win/win. Legalize it, tax it... everybody wins.
Here in Canada and in Province of Québec you can buy ALL sorts of cannabis in a kind of «liquor store» but for cannabis (SQDC). It's legal here for few years.
These stores are held by our provincial governement like our liquor stores. They are selling many kinds of produces in a variety of effects.
For me I buy the CBD stuff to relaxe some of my aches which comes is oil in a gel capsule.
Cancer is actually a group of illnesses defined by abnormal growth, not just one. Basically a cell becomes immortal and the body can't shut down it's growth when there are enough of that cell. It actually is otherwise indistinguishable from any other cell.

There's a difference between cannabis and hemp. Neither should be illegal.
