Laurent, you have such a keen eye for the artistic and humorous in the photos you feature in posts like this. The clothespin and waffle iron and many more will keep me laughing throughout the day. Well done.

@Rick: not the same but it reminds me the pedal car I had for Christmas when I was 6 or 7y/o. Very Steve MacQueen (except for my curly blond hair at that time). 30 years later I lent it to a friend of mine for a artsy happening she set up in her loft, never to see my car again... The same happened with a resting bed from the 20s I had inherited from a grand-aunt: lent it to another friend to serve as decor in the play for her theatre company. I never knew what became of it - and never even had a free ticket for the play. That’s when I became kind of became suspicious when I hear the words "can I please borrow this from you?". LoL!

@Richard: well the early bird I was today opted for breakfast in bed, wandering the Inter-Webs and picking up things for post a bit less redneck than the usual. It started with the last one that I got from mattsko.com (I recommend subscribing to his daily posts), then the second to last made me nostalgic of Prague which I very must loved visiting. The rest is just an indulgence to my taste for iconoclastic, I guess :-)

The traffic lights reminded me of trying to drive in Boston. It doesn't have multiple lights like that, but Boston is the worst place to drive that I've ever seen. Just one example: it was in Boston that I encountered a blinking green light. I know what a blinking red light means. I know what a blinking yellow light means. What the hell does a blinking green light mean? -Larry
