Which reminds me that within the next month I'll have to get my 'children' back inside until next spring.
Good thing I transplanted the platycerium last Autumn, it almost doubled in size this year.
I keep telling myself I ought to repot my dear philodendron. Yet after 20 years of care it seems to say otherwise.

Gee, do you have room indoors for all of your children?
I loved you sharing your garden. It looks so quaint and chic!!! You have got a green thumb. I had several "children" outside, but just brought indoors. It's always a touchy time if they will make it, with a change in temperature and light again. But luckily many were repotted this summer.
@Rick: I manage to make room... Though I have to admit my living room has to loose a few usable square meters during Winter...
So yes I fantasize about living in a large greenhouse, Victorian style of course (I always dream big :-)
@Mistress Maddie: like I commented at another time, my grandma used to say "who does not love animals does not love people". The same goes for plants and anything that grows from soil. Luckily we both care for animals and plants. Maybe that what makes us great lovers, LoL!
