@Big Dude: I think it was even worse during the 90s and later, when most men were waxing/shaving neck to toes.
@Rick: don't be. I'm pragmatic enough to know I'm lucky I found anew a job I like at my age. It may not be as empowering as I've been used to, and it's sure no sinecure either, LoL. But I’ve come across enough people with so-called important positions to learn that what weighs most in the end is one’s actual usefulness, not their title or rank :-p
