I am dismayed and disgusted.
Coming from a Company which most notorious slogan was and remains "Think different", this compliance to pressure from a notorious incompetent wanabe botoxed-bimbo puts a solid shame on on the whole brand.
But the current U.S. administration being renowned for its extortion ways - see here for how they are going after Universities - AG Bondi must have added some economic threats to her asking. Something that Tim Cook - Apple's CEO and its former CFO - must have been sensible to.
Now let me ask you something, Mr Cook: you are notably gay since your official coming-out in 2014, so when comes a time this administration (through the ICE or any other agency) comes after LGBTQ+ people, will you also abide and pull off the brand and its App Store anything related to "sexual deviance"? No doubt you will feel safe from any personal recrimination, being yourself a billionaire who once went to Mar-a-Lago to dine with Mr Trump.
Safe, uh? Shall I remind you that rich Jews and/or homosexuals in Germany felt the same way, at first, during the 1930s. But those not clever enough to leave the country soon enough realized how wrong they had been, eventually meeting a terrible fate.
You know what, Mr Cook? I was seriously considering spending a non negligible amount of money to buy a brand new MacBook Air in replacement of my aging one, plus probably one of your attractive new iPhones. But you've just made the decision for me, and that's a NO. I'd rather keep using those I've bought at a time you and Apple had or at least seemed to have the power of weighing upon the human decency's scale.
P.S.: you're going to be 65, which is not that old. But it is obvious that you are no longer smart enough to learn the lesson from what Disney's customers recently inflicted as a disapproval towards their network. Just you wait and see.
Meanwhile, you can put on your tuxedo and find refuge in the quicksand of your favorite non-profit and charities, if it makes you feel better, or at least less disgraceful.

These companies bending the knee are disgraceful. It would be awesome if Apple TV and other Apple brands received the same treatment Disney - Hulu did.
