A Shout-Out For Wikipedia

A couple of weeks ago I was contacted and asked by the Wikimedia Foundation if I could financially contribute to their work at spreading free culture and education all over the world. You may have seen such calls for contribution on-top of a Wikipedia page after a search, but they rarely contact their subscribers directly, once a year at most.

Once again I asked myself "is it worth spending a bill or two?" - because useless questions are always worth a try (and they're fun, too :-) - although I knew what my answer’d be.

Anyway, should you like to contribute to something that's useful beyond your ever dreamed grasp, then you shall consider following this link : Donate Wikimedia Org

It may not help you fall asleep quicker at night, nor provide you with harder boners, or anything else but feeling good. But if you are educated enough to know what a good deed is, then you know what I mean. Scout's word!

Note A: I tend to pay attention not to repost here pictures that have been Photoshopped / enhanced through the use of filters to make their subjects look bigger - usually their dicks. Photoshop users can be really very skilled, so it's sometimes impossible to tell. Therefore a few of the pictures above may have been retouched whilst looking genuine. Anyway I felt they they were all worth sharing.

Note B: beside Photoshop and CGI (computer-generated imagery), we now encounter more and more AI-generated pictures which provide a new level of "realism" to the subjects they depict, a bit like the hyper-realism trend in paintings emerged at the end of the 19th century and that preceded photography. For now, they are still recognizable in a glimpse. But I fear that they will soon be hard to tell apart from actual photographs.
In my opinion that takes away an essential part of the fantasy and arousal that actual pictures provide to the viewer, at least some of us.
I may post a series of them later on to illustrate that emerging branch amongst pictorial movements.
In the meantime, you all take good care of yourselves. And thank you for being such loyal visitors to the site.
